Property is good , restaurant and food very good. Rest all .. poor 1. Full of maintenance 2. Poor response from HK team 3. Very average condition of swiming pool 4. Even manager was seating at reception was not interested when I was complaining to reception lady. Paying 6000/- for premium room was waste of money for me. Cancelled 2nd day booking and checked out and no body was bothered. I think property owner and management are only interested in event / mrg functions and restaurant business. 80% rooms were empty during weekend also.

Good place to hangout with friends and family. We stayed there for 1 night in deluxe room with Swimming pool view. Pros: - Rooms are big, clean and comfortable - Clean and big swimming pool - location is very Nice Cons: - Only swimming pool is there no other game or activity - Restaurant is very expensive

Experience of dinning is extraordinary. Service they offer is good and positive interaction with customer such as responsiveness to requests, friendliness, helpfulness. Dinning area is neat and clean and ambience atmosphere. In nutshell overall experience of food and service they offer is good......

Considering it's surroundings, it is surprising to see such a large and beautiful place. Very impressive indeed. We were there as walk-in customers, just for lunch, however the impression we carried about the place was great .

The overall experience was good. We were truly amazed by the design of the plantation, the location, the views, the placement of the villas, and the game zone. However, room service could be improved. We experienced delays in response and hygiene issues, even though we had booked in advance.

I just went to a restaurant and have not seen the resort fully. The food was good but even on Sunday not much of the crowd was seen.

I m dinner with my friends for my anniversary. Sound system is very old not work properly. Good is good but rate is almost five star hotel. Restaurant room is very noisy at time of party. But manager is not manage. Over all everage .
