Overall staying experience is very good. Housekeeping is up to the mark. Housekeeping staff Riya Mukherjee and and her team member Diya provide did a great job. Very good stay. Will definitely recommend it friends and family. Very peaceful

Very pleasant experience. Nice food, friendly staff , Shweta at dining was very good, served food with love .. do stay here for great experience. Rooms are neat , all things are up to mark with hot running water . At reception Manager is very calm, patient and happy to serve customer.

We stayed for almost a week in this hotel. It is just a home away from home. The ambience of the hotel is simply great. What makes this hotel different from many others is the support and cooperation received from the staff right from the Manager down the level is excellent. Among the support staff, the cooperation received from Satinder Rajput, Rima Mukherjee, Ajay Rathra, Sweta Mondal, Diya and many others is worth mentioning. Horrible experience. Hotel is relatively new and looks good, but the service quality is devastatingly poor. Things that irked me, right from check-in. 1. Booked on booking.com with dinner & breakfast included. Front desk manager insisted that meals were not included in the plan. When I said I'd included them, he said he'd check & then parroted the same thing back to me. Went back to the room, checked & called up front desk to reiterate that meals were included. They said they'd check & get back to me, but weren't bothered to. 2. Didn't send a bellboy up for the luggage, which I'm usually perfectly okay with. This time, however, the keycard wasn't working. So I had to shuttle up and down thrice to get a working keycard. How hard could it possibly be? At least send someone along to check if the new "fixed" keycard is working, it's basic decency. 3. Called up room service around 4:30 pm, only to be told that their "All-day" dining is only available during lunch & dinner hours. Why call something "all-day" if you're not gonna have it all day. 4. There were no towels in my room, took 2 hours & 3 calls to get them to deliver towels. 5. Went for dinner, only to be said "Sir you're on EP plan, it does not include dinner", which is completely moronic, so I pulled up the email and showed it to them, only to be met with "okay sir, we will check" And amidst all of this, not a single sorry was uttered, absolutely no sense of hospitality. The service quality definitely needs significant improvement, but okay otherwise, decent rooms.
