Worst. No stopper at bathroom and no hot water available

Worst service i have ever seen in any hotel. We booked a room for 2 days. On arrival they surprised us with the statement that the hotel is booked by some other fellow for marriage and your booking is cancelled. They did not even bother to call or email to inform about the situation prior to arrival. The Guy at the desk was not giving a satisfactory explanation at all. Will Never ever go to this hotel again....

Never go there. I booked it online, paid in full for 5 days. When I go for check in the guy at the front desk says he unknowingly gave my room to someone else and there is no room available. Then offers me to stay in servant room temporarily. Which is a mess and unhygienic. Then I went back 6 hours later to check in and when I saw the room I was shocked. Dirty bed sheet and pillows. Dusty floor. Unhygienic bathroom. I didn't spend single hour there and checked out straightaway. Yet they didn't offer any refund. Never go there. Ever!!!

Very nice room good conditions Rooms Hygienic is very good but Air Fresheners in room not Available baki sub 1 number I am very Happy in this hotel safe & Secure

Don't go there he s Oyo name hotel vinayak . After booking . No room available, ask for extra money

Visited last week, the bathroom door was not working, the lock was not working l, we had booked 3 rooms, and one of themselves main door lock was not working so need improvement

Very bad hotel service dirty room and badsheet don't go there.

Best services forever. I entertained a lot . Their service and staffs are very cooperative. .
