Hotel Skylight

I had a great time in this hotel. My experience in this hotel was very bad because the room was not clean and the only towel was dirty and there were so many marks on the blanket, I don't know whose and the toilet was also very dirty.

Mr work is the most kind and amassing cometmenf for Ezra mile service for us . We would like to say thanks for him.

Worst experience Online they are showing price near 1500 but when you go there they are charging 1800 /- . Staff service is really bad . TV is not working, no hot water , they give water from their filter in bisleri bottle.

The rooms are very small. Staff is very helpful Cleanliness is an issue

Dis booking was for my parents who r senior citizens. I confirmed 10 times about d lift but when dey rchd hotel at midnight for checkin, d lift was not working. Manager refused to help. Booking partner fabhotels also refused to help. Dey had no choice at 1 a.m so dey climbed upto d room. D fab hotel executive was very rude he denied to help me. Worst experience.

Hotel shows in category 3 stars.. This not like a 3 star hotels. Service is ok, location is ok. According to my opinion hotel is 1 star or 2 star category. Electric board is open. Door lock is broken, washroom is not clean

Rooms are not that much good. I have stayed here for 3 days and they have provided 3 different rooms for 3 different days. On the 1st day when they provided room. The room was sinking too much due to improper cleaning but unfortunately other rooms were not available. So, they have provided another room on 2nd day. When I returned back to the hotel in the evening from my work I saw that the charger cable was fully damaged by the rat and the rat was roaming inside the room. After complaining to the reception person then they have provided another room where the fan was regulator was not working properly. Such a bad experience.
