Hotel shiv kunj

My stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing due to the ongoing renovation work. The entire property was filled with dirt, dust, and an unbearable smell, making it very uncomfortable to stay. Basic hygiene seemed completely ignored, with dirty hallways and poorly maintained common areas. The worst part was the condition of the toilets--absolutely unacceptable, with no proper cleaning or upkeep. It felt more like a construction site than a place to relax. The management should prioritize cleanliness and guest comfort, even during renovations. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone until they address these serious issues.

Sir, The hotel wasn't found out in Goa. My family having 4 year daughter has to wander around under the scorching sun for 5 hours but can't locate the hotel. A perfect example of cheating. Very bad. Shame on you. Vijin Dev A Nilambur Malappuram Kerala

If you don't allow foreigners by law that's okay, but you need to let them know in advance so they don't make the effort to come all the way to your place to hear they can't stay there

Located within 2km from airport. Nice rooms to stay. Could have been more clean. Staffs were always available at your service. One thing that I didn't like was even though they had vacant rooms still they were asking for extra charges as I reached before check in time though ultimately agreed to assign the room without extra charge at later

One of the worst places every visited. Just wanted a 2 hr rest but still the service was worst. The manager uses phone on loud speaker. Non stop on reels. No proper clean room. No clean bedsheets. I would not atal recommend this place. Do go here. They don't deserve 1 star as well.
