Hotel Savshanti Towers

Located very near the station and in an upmarket area called Alkapuri, this Is the best thing about the hotel. They also have enough space to park a bus!!! After this things go a bit downhill. The rooms are big but toilets are cramped. The furniture is old, AC and tv are new though. The room has insects too crawling a few of them. The breakfast is ok for the price they are chargng and is complimentary with the stay. I paid 2500 for two people and they said they don't increase or decrease price as per demand. If they Don't do so then they are as good as the nearby competition, best western, but that hotel does increase price at times. Nothing bad or good, about the hotel, but if u want a mid budget hotel in alkapuri, you can choose this one.

The main perks of staying in this hotel is the location as it's hardly 500m walk from railway station. Rest for the maintenance service I would rate it average. Coming to space, lighting and ventilation the place was actually good no complaints they do maintain it good and clean. The issues I faced here are mainly I stayed here for around 7 days straight and never had wifi they do have the connection but never worked saying under maintenance, no alternate arrangements were offered. Laundry only available in the morning and they take the whole day though it's a single piece. unless I called post three days they were not bothered about changing bed sheets cleaning room etc., this I think they should really improve. Service were offer but only on demand basis it was not routine. coming to food they offer complimentary breakfast but same menu every day that's wasn't too good to appreciate. As a whole they need to improve in many aspects This is a funny n creepy incident I faced in here so the very first day I was using phone I suddenly saw a tail of some reptile hanging out from the AC and when I tried to look properly it went back in, it was black is colour, quite thick and big in size easily around 10 cm (just the tail I didn't see the body of it) so I tried putting flash into so figure out what exactly it could be but no luck it went in. Now I called the room service ofcourse he visited I appreciate but his response " it could just be a lizard or something come from pipe and get backs in not to worry it can't be a snake or rat and he left" what seriously??? all I expected to atleast make an effort of opening to see what it is but any way I stayed for 7 straight days just there and didn't face any probs then!!!

nice hotel. big and clean room, clean & tidy bed. neat & clean bathroom, however, a bit small. good service, good staff. decent food (i had breakfast included). situated on the main road, and so very easy to reach. good parking space. will stay again if visit Vadodara again.

As per my opinion i think all the staff are very soft and good. As I stayed here more than 3 days and I felt all things arranging like my flavour. Thanks! And also their rooms cleaning and the quality of food are remarkable.

Staff is very rude. Told that as we had booked through online no considerations can be made at all. Not at all satisfactory. Service in the reception was not good at all. Breakfast was not upto the mark. Will not recommend to anyone.

I stayed in this hotel from 5th to 8th March (room number 406). Overall stay was not that bad, but needs improvements on a serious note. ||||1. After payment of final bills, hotel should give invoice detailing rates charged. I was not given the receipt of the payment of stay and food bills settlements. No clarity over exactly how many food items they considered in the final billing, how taxes are put et al.||2. Water wastage: For getting hot water for bathing, you need to waste 5-6 buckets of water which in today's date is unacceptable seeing increasing water scarcity. Smart water geysers/boilers can save enormous amount of water wastage.||3. IMPORTANT: Smoking rooms should be tagged separately. I stayed in the room no. 406. Persons in our next room was heavily smoking and that smell was coming in our room passing through common lobby areas and air blower put in the wash room. That toxic smell created irritating problems as we are asthmatic. Nowadays smoking rooms are tagged separately in a row for customer health reasons. This policy is outright absent in this hotel, hence makes no sense in demanding non-smoking room.||4. Wi-fi was not working on any day. Front desk person tried his best but not worked. Few other customers I met in their SWAD restaurant also complained about it.||5. Breakfast was horrible, no one was there to attend guests. Person appointed there was all the time on mobile browsing/calls and not even had courtesy to give water. Food quality of breakfast was very average and choice of items was most horrible. Even tea served at breakfast time was lukewarm hot kept in the thermos flask for a long time. Better is, this should hotel stop serving breakfasts rather giving such nightmare experience to their customers.||6. SWAD restaurant located in the hotel has no good choices of food to offer. I saw reluctance from their staff over giving simple make to order dishes.||7. No courtesy from staff their in luggage movement while checkout.

This hotel is at a perfect location with railway stations, malls and city all within walking distance. Let me go through the good and bad points about this hotel:||||Positives:||1) Ideally located in Vadodara. One can find anything within walking distance||2) Rooms are big, neat and clean. A/C is comfortable and all appliances are in working condition||3) Bathroom is neat||4) Service is top-notch except for the IT (which is described in the negatives). The staff responds to your calls almost immediately. Even the in-room dining experience was too good. Any food ordered from the menu arrives in less than 15 minutes and that too sizzling hot. I have seen no hotel doing that.||5) The staff goes beyond the call of duty to make your stay comfortable.||||Negative:||I am a business traveler and the most important thing a business traveler needs is good internet connectivity. The WiFi at the hotel was pathetic and the password given for WiFi internet access did not work.||Moreover, the staff at the reception was not aware of any other passwords or whether there were other problems with the internet WiFi. I complained about the WiFi connectivity for the complete duration of my stay with no help from the reception nor the IT guys (if there were any). The IT guys never showed themselves up even after reception staff promising they will attend to my problem within a few minutes.||I had to use my mobile hotspot, which had intermittent connectivity, to do my work. ||||Other than this there were no issues and the stay at this budget hotel was better than satisfactory.

Great place for stay. clean and proper rooms, perfect room service and staff .They provide all facilities like meetings or functions or weddings. If you are searching place for any event then this is perfect place for you. Even my marriage was also happened here . and I'm fully satisfied with here's arrangements. and here's restaurant is good for lunch and dinner . I m only not satisfied with breakfast and it's my personaly suggestion for them they should improve his breakfast.
