The Worst Hotel Experience of My Life I have never experienced such a terrible hotel in my lifetime. We booked two banquets for a wedding and more than 50 rooms for our guests. Despite the function being spread over two days, the hotel management failed to manage things properly. There was a significant communication gap between the staff. They had no idea which rooms were occupied and which were not. They were completely unaware of the room conditions--whether they were clean or not. Unnecessarily, they made our guests wait in the corridor for more than 30 minutes for identity verification, demanding Aadhaar cards from everyone. (As per legal procedures, only the identity of two adults is required for room bookings, not the children's.) We were not informed of this requirement the day before the event, but we compromised and accepted it. However, what happened next was unbearable. When the guests entered their rooms, they found them dirty and already occupied, with belongings left behind as if the previous occupants had just walked out. The bedsheets hadn't been changed, used utensils with leftover food were still in the room, and the bathrooms were in the worst condition. The toilets were left unflushed, the water taps were broken, the fans were covered in dirt, and the AC wasn't working even in the suite room. The manager made illogical excuses, claiming that this happened because some rooms in the hotel are old. Despite all this, my family and I tried to be understanding. But the situation worsened that same day. We had a Haldi ceremony in a small banquet hall with limited guests, yet it was unbearably hot and stuffy because the AC wasn't functioning properly. We complained multiple times, but the staff didn't respond adequately. To make matters worse, we found a spider and spider webs on the food counter, and the utensils were rusted, as if they had been in use for ages without proper maintenance. Even in the suite room, they provided only 2 sachets of Clinic Plus worth 1 each, a small Medimix 2 soaps worth 3, and just one towel. The geyser was also not working properly, and there was a waterlogging problem in the bathroom. The situation worsened when our guests arrived, as they provided drinking water in used bottles. The least they could have done was provided us with the menu we selected for our big day, as many items from our menu were missing at the event. They didn't arrange a family table for the bride and groom, and they didn't serve properly--many items were missing from the family table. Water bottles were not provided properly even after multiple requests. This is what we received from Sapphire Regency, even after spending lakhs.

I had a terrible experience at this hotel. The room conditions were awful--dirty sheets, a damp smell, and poorly maintained furniture. It felt like no one had cared to prepare the room properly for guests. On top of that, the staff was shockingly rude and unhelpful. They seemed more interested in squeezing extra money out of us than actually addressing our concerns. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone--definitely not worth the price or the headache.

One of the worst hotels i have ever stayed in. This is not a hotel but actually a lodge. We were welcomed by a bunch of cockroaches while we entered the room and the staff was very cool about it. The rooms stinks and the linens are really dirty. Not sure what were they used for previously. There are no proper lights in the room and all the broken lights have been left as it is. The AC is there as an eye wash but has no effect even after switching on for hours together. Hot water is available only in morning and the staff was eagerly defending it. As per the hotel, intercoms are used only for ordering food for in room dining which was the highlight of ignorance for me. As they do not have in-room dining now they have disconnected the intercom facility which is beyond imagination for me. They serve something for breakfast but have no clue what they are upto and what is customer satisfaction. As a summary I would say please do not waste your time even to have a look at this place and better spend it on looking at something else. Only think that works is proximity of the lodge to train station but not at all worth considering. I seriously have my doubts on the overall safety at this place.

The hotel was a nightmare. The room was dirty, smelled bad, and looked neglected. The staff's attitude was unacceptable--rude and more focused on demanding extra money than solving issues. Their greed and unprofessionalism ruined the stay. Save your money and avoid this place; it's not worth the frustration.

A verry bad experience with this hotel , The rooms are good but the bathroom is bad. Staff behavior is not good, Come on, don't even ask for anything,The hotel is big and the rooms are also big but the toilet is bad ,please fix this problem

Location is near railway station. Definitely hotel needs renovation, rooms r in very bad shape. Bathrooms are in a state just unusable.

Hotel Sapphire Regency is a very nice and cozy place to stay, offering good value for the price. The service is efficient, and the rooms are neat and clean. I especially enjoyed the breakfast, though the options are somewhat limited. They do have a restaurant on-site, and the room service was excellent. The location is a big plus--it's conveniently situated near the railway station, 7 Seas Mall, and Bhag, making it easy to get around. The area is a bit crowded, but it has a lot of shops to explore. Overall, it's a good hotel for a comfortable and hassle-free stay at a reasonable price. Overall Good

This was probably one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. I made an advance booking on MakeMyTrip and got entry to my room within 5 minutes. The hotel was very clean. They also have a restaurant, and the food was great with many dishes to choose from, so I didn't have to waste time finding nearby places to eat. All the staff were also very polite. It's also very nearby to the railway station.
