HOTEL RED ROSE

I and my guests stayed there for 2 nights.. Owner and the staff there was not cooperative at all .Even after finalising rates they charged extra and even they asked money from my guests.. Staff was very rude and every small thing was charged .. overall it was a chaotic experience there ... This is a review out of concern for people who are thinking of staying there in future to please find some other hotel other than this as it's a disgusting place to stay ... Prakash who is the receptionist as well the owner is totally rude and roadside person he Is so please avoid this hotel

Best hotel and service staff behavior so good room is very clean

Very bad behaviour from staff At each point staff asks for money Prakash Patel the person sitting on reception asks room rent from my guests even after giving advance.. Lift not working so have to climb 3 floors AVOID THIS HOTEL

Best location and staff behaviour are also well. Couple friendly rooms.

Very unprofessional behaviour of FD agent/ owner, first they quoted different price but when you go for checkin they deceive and ask you to pay higher amount. Whoever booking to this property please take the agreed amount in written (what's app)... unethical attitude ... they need to learn first lesson of hotel industry, its commitment....
