Unprofessional staff. Even After booking payment through MMT/Oyo, they cancel/deny check-in when you reach hotel. Much better options in the city, avoid mischief businesses.

Staying in this hotel since last month very nice location with very helpful staff.

They accepted the booking (I booked via a very well known international web site also linked to by TripAdvisor). As soon as I booked with "no pre-payment" option, I started to receive plenty of e-mails stating that I should pay to guarantee the booking - the mail continued to arrive even after I paid the fee. When I arrived in the morning, after 20 hours of traveling, there was no one at the reception, besides a guy sleeping on a mattress on the floor which could not help. The receptionist was found by the helpful tuk tuk driver, he did not speak English, he did barely look at me, but thanks to the driver I could understand that they do not accept foreigners - I know this happens in India (why? this is so bad and contradicts the traditional warmth of the Country in welcoming people from abroad) but why no one says that at time of booking? I could not even get explanations about how to get back the fee I paid in advance. Besides that, the place looks rather bad and not properly maintained.

The hotel is average. Rooms are very small. It doesn't deserve a 4.4 rating at all.. Staff playing tricks to get more reviews like they offer 1 water battle to get good ratings. If you don't give them good review then you won't get a water battle . So we prefer to open the eyes of tourists instead of misguiding them for a 20 Rs of water battle.

Hotel was not up to the mark. Rooms smelled like cigarettes, linen were very dirty, and bed has live fungus. We got our room changed but since the first impression was bad we couldn't rest well. The food is cooked by third party all the curries taste the same. Anyways since it was just a half day stay for me it doesn't matter a lot to me. But i will not recommend this. On the other note the staff was very good. Please get all the beds and furniture changed or treated well else it can create health issues.

It was a lovely stay. Situated right in the middle of the market everything you may need is at a stone's throw away. Except for the food there is nothing you won't be happy about. The receptionist Shashi is a great value to the property. Keep up the good work

Worst experience with hotel and staff, we booked hotel online , which was for three people through fabhotels. , (had done recording of conversation),They refused to give room for three people at middle of night , they started arguing for extra pay for 1100 total, when actually paid 2000. Staff also refused any such conversation though confirmed on phone for four times about amount and person etc before reaching hotel. No hot water, dirty rooms, dirty bedsheets , broken buckets . I found that they don't need customers, they just want to have money by harrassment of customers in middle of night, No refund also to go anywhere else, no service, no manners to talk with females or any other persons. Never had such experience in any other place . Why fab suggest such hotels, there is no servant room, no washroom for servant, has to pay extra for servant also. Online booking 2000+800 extra for 1- 7 time , i.e 6 hours, with no hot water, non working geyser in room, bad small smelling room with bedsheet. If they were minus rating , it would be definitely minus 100 from us who believes on words which are given to anyone.

Very nice hotel, it is the best hotel of Baroda, its service or food is the best, its masala dosa is very tasty, its staff is also good or price is also very reasonable, it is the best hotel of Baroda in Gujarat.
