Hotel Pearl Vadodara

My family and I recently stayed at Hotel Pearl, and I must say it is one of the best budget family hotels we've experienced. The service and hospitality were outstanding, offering us great value at a reasonable rate. The hygiene standards were up to the mark, and the food was delicious. We are grateful for their kind gestures and attentiveness throughout our stay. Overall, we had a fantastic time and would say that if you are planning to stay there, go for it! Hotel Pearl is a great choice for families looking for a comfortable and affordable stay.

I recently stayed at Hotel Pearl for two nights and had a wonderful experience. The staff were exceptionally polite and welcoming, which made the stay even more pleasant. The food was delicious, offering a variety of tasty options. Although the room was quite small, it was impeccably clean and well-maintained, ensuring top-notch hygiene. The hotel's location is also excellent, making it convenient to explore the surrounding area. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, and I would highly recommend Hotel Pearl to anyone visiting the area

The location and services are top notch, only problem is that rooms don't have proper ventilation.Has a window but opens up to back of another building. Other than that there is no issue and rooms are maintained perfectly. All tourist places are nearby this hotel as well

I recently had an appalling experience at Hotel Pearl that I must share to save others from making the same mistake. The front desk staff is an absolute disgrace and completely unfit for the hospitality industry. From the moment I arrived, it was clear that they lacked the most basic manners and customer service skills. Their attitude was rude and condescending, making me feel unwelcome and as if I was an inconvenience rather than a valued guest. Simple questions were met with eye rolls and snappy, unprofessional replies. The staff seemed to have no training or knowledge on how to handle guests with respect and courtesy. The lack of professionalism and sheer rudeness at the front desk overshadowed any positive aspects of the hotel. It was shocking to see how little regard they had for customer satisfaction. Hotel management needs to take immediate action and train their staff properly or risk losing business. I strongly advise anyone considering a stay at Hotel Pearl to think twice. Don't waste your money and patience on a place where you're treated poorly from the very start. There are plenty of other hotels where the staff actually understands the meaning of hospitality.

Dear friends I'm from Karnataka I cam her for business trip . I got varry bad experience . They think customer r Frod hotal and vary wost behave after taking hotal . Money If u come and check in evening 9pm after then morning again they charge after 11 am varry bad experience . Overall varry bad experience in my hole life . They keep on call if ur in meating with someone they think all r frod . Vary bad experience. Plz find better u will get near that hotal parall And in room no windows and no network . U will not get any call from other u have to outside of u need talk with someone . Varry bad behaviour hoff staff they totally bad . I wish find near hotal parall better . Like but plz don't come if ur alon her bcz they .

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel! The location was excellent, making it easy to explore the surrounding area. The rooms, although a bit compact, were clean and comfortable. What truly stood out was the exceptional service from the staff. They were incredibly cooperative, friendly, and attentive to our needs. Overall, I had a wonderful experience and would recommend this hotel to others.

Had a unique problem this hotel has,no policy to keep our luggage when u checkout..mainly for working executives, if ur tain or flight is in the evening, then it's a big problem

This place is the worst place in hotel services. Staffs are very narrow minded. If checking in ..... please check out in your presence else staff will bring defective item and say you did it.
