Hotel Mewad Inn

The hotel had given away my booked room to someone else. when i reached the hotel they said they do not have the room available. this is terrible experience when you are along with family and face this situation. Booked room was family AC room that could accommodate 4 adults. But i was given a 3 bed room that could accommodate only 3 adults. i wouldn't recommend this hotel for your stay if you are travelling with family. they provide used bisleri water bottles in rooms. there was a pest in the water bottle.

Very unprofessional. I booked the room and got a confirmation email. 2 days before check-in, the hotel asked me to change dates because they gave rooms to someone else despite having my reservation.

Newly renovated property.nice clean spacious room. Overall we have nice stay at the property.

Just the board is not visible, but that will have no impact on their service... Good clean rooms and pleasant customer service... Kudos!!!
