Hotel Metro AC Room

Hedious!!! This place is an absolute nightmare. Staying here to attend a wedding turned out to be a colossal mistake. The AC and heater are controlled by the reception, so every time you turn them off, you have to go through the hassle of requesting the reception to turn them back on. It's incredibly inconvenient and frustrating. The service is utterly pathetic and offers zero value for money. The staff are untrained, shockingly rude, and display an appalling level of arrogance. It's clear they have no idea how to treat guests. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone, ever. It's blatantly obvious that the positive reviews are fake and likely written by the staff and management relatives themselves. The manipulation is laughable and downright dishonest. Avoid this place like the plague.

ONE OF THE WORST SERVICE AND EXPERIENCE EVER. Wish I could rate them in minus. All the five star reviews I won't say they are fake but I doubt they are actually genuine. First of called the contact number which been provided on google that where is the entrance and been told by the handler very rudely that use the stairs then we said we have an extra luggage because we gonna stay there for three days and we are attending a marriage and there are few old people who can't use stairs they need lift then staff advised use the lift which says city point restaurant lift. When we called them second time to ask for a direction we been told very rudely that stop calling them and disturbing them because the manager is SLEEPING and he worked night shift I said I don't know but you should have a proper contact number which is available for customers 24/7 with respect for the customers. Secondly, asked staff for an extra towel and been told rudely that they do not provide an extra towel you have to use same towel doesn't matter how many times you take shower during the day. Same time another room been booked for three people and asked for third towel but again rudely told by manager that they provide only two towels each room doesn't matter the number of occupants if the occupants are more then two they have to use two towels between them which is big NO NO because it all about HYGIENE and HEALTH & SAFETY. Third, Manager has no clue how to talk to the customers and have no manners how to talk to the ladies too. Been told by MANAGER that "DO NOT COME HERE AGAIN." I don't why this unprofessional and arrogant person been chosen as a hotel manager. Fourth, To the owners of this hotel "IF YOU WANT YOUR CUSTOMER HAPPY, EITHER TRAIN THEM PROPERLY OR REPLACE THEM. Not only manager but staff is so rude and arrogant too. Fifth bedsheets have stains on them and toilets are not cleaned properly and air conditioning is not working properly. Sixth It's newly built hotel but I think it doesn't have potential because of this rubbish service. IT'S A BIG NO NO FROM ALL OF US (we were total 13 people) WE HAVE BOOKED SIX ROOMS AND NONE THEM WERE HAPPY WITH THE SERVICE AS WELL AS BEHAVIOUR OF STAFF AND MANAGER. NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL.

One of the WORST EXPERIENCE ever. Been to many hotels but this one is WORST one. Building is not maintained at all. Lift wasn't working and have to use stairs for four times in single day. Was there with family and booked few rooms but none of them were happy at all. Even rooms weren't cleaned properly. Staff was rude and unprofessional. Newly built but worst customer service. Do not waste time and money here. Spend somewhere else.

Location and price is the best part of this hotelThis Hotel Service Is Good And also Very Neat And CleanExcellent service by hotel staff. Rooms have collection of good wall pictures, calendar drawings and all essentials with good bathroom with complementary essentials

Hotel has good staff and good managmend and the behaviour of staff were nice and treated respectfully room cleaning was good near by
