HOTEL MARYLAND

Clean room, great service, good location. A few minor issues but overall a pleasant stay. Would recommend.

The rooms were so dirty that there was ash everywhere in the room. The cigarette pieces in the room and it was stinking with the smell of alcohol and smoke. The bathroom is too small and dirty. The staff is not even helpful in changing rooms even after showing the rooms were dirty and the smell. All they did was spray the room with room freshner and asked us to wait for the smell to reduce. Do NOT book this room without seeing the room.

This is the best hotel .The room are clean and the service is so good that they can go to general store at 2:00 AM they are of kind hearted stuff they can bring a extra bed for you.

Bed sheets are very dirty, bathrooms are small , room is also dirty, not at all cleaned. I would not suggest anyone to stay in this hotel. According to the room rates , its not appropriate at all. Very untidy rooms and maintenance. I don't understand how come people have given 4 and 5 stars which they don't deserve.

It's good highway hotel; rooms, bedsheet, Towels were clean. Paid 1.4k for a non-ac room/night with one queen's and a single bed. Advantage it has is availability of a restaurent at the ground floor & has ample parking space(not covered though).

The pictures of room shown on agoda does not belong to this hotel. There are no such rooms its all fake pictures. I booked the hotel after seeing the pictures of room and when i went to the hotel I asked the room key and as i entered the room it was totally different, so I asked the receptionist to give me the room that was shown in pictures and he said that we do not have such rooms and all these pictures are fake. The receptionist then recommended me to choose another hotel which was on the 2nd floor named Hotel Mount view and told me that this is our property too so choose a room from this. I went from 4th floor to 2nd floor and after seeing the room which was a little better then the previous one, i asked them to give it to me. The staff was so arrogant and happy to deny for every question asked. I asked about a water bottle which he said is not available, I asked about toiletries which he said is not available, i asked about clean bed sheets which he said not available, I asked about sports channel to watch ipl semi final which he said is not available. Amazing isn't it ? As i was tired and stopped during transit i had to give up and stay there. Tap water in the sink and toilet kept on leaking and there was no neatness in the room or bathroom. The windows were all spoiled with cement stains as the room went through some repairing and the staff never mind to clean the cement sticked on the entire window frame. This is just a guest house with a air conditioner, and free channels tv that's it. How would Agoda or any other travelling company host this property without verifying the actual rooms. Never recommend this to any traveller. Guys please stay away from this property.

Worst hotel experience ever! I stayed here for a night with my family. We had to repeatedly ask the staff for water supply in the bathroom and they were very slow to respond. TV not working in the room. Would not recommend this hotel. There are options available in the nearby area.
