Staff behaviour is not good. I booked a room but I can't get the same. Because my room is allotted to others by their hotel staff and hotel manager. When someone already booked the room, how the manager is allotted to other and I booked the room 1 week before the check in date and I also confirmed to the manager and he said to me "ok sir you got your room on your booking date" and on check-in date they allotted to other and they give a different room. The most important thing is they don't know how to talk from customers and their manager of this hotel is nonsense to talk, and giving suggestions to me cancel the booking on the check-in date. When I asked for a refund they said to me they don't know how to get your refund. Then I call the customer service of the booking app and I request to cancel my room and tell them all the issues after that they give me my refund. Please don't believe their reviews of the hotel. I suggest you to many hotel in vadodara, which are one of the best in same price, whose provide best facilities in same price, once again please don't believe in their reviews.

Beautiful hotel, fantastic kind and helpful staff. Particularly the event staff Mr vidyut really helpful. The f was delicious, freshly prepared and hygienic. We enjoyed a lot every diss thank chef for amazing food.|We had great time at and had excellent hospitality.
