Hotel Grand Paradise

Room: Simple Furniture placement was very bad refer pic attached ! Service: Staffs were good ! Food: Outside food is allowed, you can also order food through room service, but no kitchen in the hotel, they ordered sub standard food from local restaurant due to which my tummy got upset ! Location: Located in the center of city. Price: With all these facts, prices of rooms are high. Recommendations: Look for other value for money hotels !

I am a sales person. Last 25 years I am starting in Hotel. This hotel has charged me around 2500 but service provided like C class Hotel. 1-No parking space. Park your car in own risk. 2-Room size is too small. 3-Twin bed provided 4-No water bottle complementary. 4-Breakfast quality is also poor Staff behaviour is so rude.

Located at the centre of city, you will get auto/car just front of the hotel throughout the day without wasting a single minute... Just for 30-40 rupees to Marina park, cellular jail, Jetty for ferry, Flag point... Rooms are very neat and clean, luxury amenities placed, bathrooms are very spacious neat and clean, bedding also very neat and clean just like new one.. I stayed on 3rd floor where rooms are spacious with ek number ambience.. best for newly married couples, families...I stayed with my spouse and 02 kids.. Breakfast was superb, well prepared, tasty with 04 varieties.. They also provide luggage room for extra luggage which we don't want to carry Havelock and Neil island during trip.. I also kept there which was totally safe and secure.. At the end, the staff which includes receptionist, waiter, cooks, helper, cleaners all are well mannered, soft spoken with smiling face, decent.. thanks for making my trip memorable..

I have stayed here multiple times. The staff is very polite and respectful. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Value for money hotel for a business stay.

Full farud and scammed please do not booked this hotel because we had booked in advance and at the check in time they told us that the hotel is sold out and we will give you a room In another hotel. Pawan as a manager head rudely talking after all this they do no provided any complimentary service and the another hotel changed was fully bad smell and food was also unhealthy

Worst place ever!! Worst experience with the hotel staff! They cannot behave they are not polite!! Worst rooms! Stale food! They keep watch from camera everytime so not sure about your privacy in your room also be careful think twice before coming

Excellent service. The staff are very helpful from reception, to the rooms and restaurant. The rooms could be better with a kettle and coffee or tea, given the room prices. The complimentary breakfast is also exactly what one needs but can be better with some minor tweaks. Location wise excellent. My international and local guests have been quite happy with the place. Nothing too fancy but perfect for resting, shower, and breakfast on a busy day.

Not good food. No proper service. They even don't No estimate food require for guests. I had two trainings there. Both the time first time fruits fruits fruitsalad was not Good. Second time biriyani was too salty. Ice cream finished. Not proper service no staff
