Hotel Express Towers

Wonderful stay option and value for money. Located in a posh locality and right on the main road which makes it very convenient. Service is polite and staff are helpful. Rooms are satisfactory. And great dining options with 2 restaurants, and lastly, yes the inhouse wine shop!

A refreshing experience to find such a nice hotel at a decent price point in Baroda. The staff is polite, ambience is lovely, rooms are clean, hygienic and comfortable. It's pretty close to the airport which makes it worth the stay. Service is pretty quick which is rare in a place like Baroda 1 major con 1) Airport drop services only start at 6:30 AM so if you're catching an early flight you have to depend on local transport which is really bad early morning 1 personal complaint 1) The staff promised to pack breakfast since it was a part of the package but I received none . Food for thought, please don't promise if you can't fulfill it If asked whether I'll visit again, Given a chance - Definitely. You must give it a try

Disappointing Stay at Express Towers My parents had a horrible experience at Express Towers. The first room they were given had a non-functional TV, so they were shifted to another room--only to find that the electronic safe didn't work. When they called for assistance, the staff member who came to fix it kept making excuses and said he would repair it the next day, when all that was needed was a simple battery change. The breakfast spread was extremely disappointing, lacking variety and quality. To make matters worse, the staff was unhelpful and indifferent, showing no concern for guest comfort. Overall, a poorly managed hotel with unresponsive service. Definitely not worth staying here!

*Disturbing Dining Experience: Hair in Food and Glass Fibre in Chapati* The hotel's amenities and location were satisfactory, the dining experience was a nightmare. The most disturbing incident occurred when one of my colleagues found a hair in his food. We immediately reported the incident to the staff, but they seemed unconcerned and unapologetic. To make matters worse, during dinner at the hotel's restaurant, another colleague found a glass fibre in the chapati . Again, the response was lukewarm. *Rating:* 1/5 stars Recommendation: Until the hotel addresses its food safety and quality control issues, I would not recommend dining here. There are plenty of other hotels and restaurants in the area that offer better food quality and safety standards. *Tips for the hotel:* 1. Implement strict quality control measures in the kitchen. 2. Provide training to kitchen staff on food safety and hygiene. 3. Take immediate action to address guest concerns and complaints. 4. Consider hiring a third-party auditor to inspect the kitchen and food preparation areas.

Country Humans who consume alcohol, please ensure you get your online , permit for Gujarat, if you feel like buying a drink in your journey, from a good collection near the reception.. Restrnt Mandap - Over hyped Veg Thali, except for a few things in the main course

Overall it was a good experience, they serve good quality and tasty food in Buffet.|Room was also spacious with comfortable bed. They provide toiletries and have paid laundry facility also.|Location is also very good, everything is available within 100 meters of the hotel.

Nice hotel. Whenever I had been visiting Vadodara for the last 20 years for business purpose. I make sure stay in this hotel. Now new hotels came up, but still prefer to stay in Express Towers. Their Gujarati restaurant Mandap superb, awesome food
