Hotel very near to railway station easy to excess to anywhere. Rooms are good and comfortable. Housekeeping staff also good and fast in service. Food quality and teste was delicious. Bhupendra ji and front desk staff very supportive..,..

I went to baroda almost after 35 years, last time I was kid, looking at the name Clarks and as corporate guest I thought of booking this hotel, everything looked fine for few hours, just saw some renovation going on and old design inside the rooms, but night was horrible, ordered biryani but unable to eat it, AC went off in night, I called at reception but nobody picked the phone, in morning light also gone, then at 7 AM I went downstairs to inform about the same, one technician came and done some repair and it started working. During bath there is drain blockage in the drain. Overall a very pathetic hotel from an infra point of view. I really appreciate the efforts, but the message I wanted to convey to Management is outer renovation can only give you shine, but the real strength lies in improving the basic infra which every customer looks for. I recently stay in hotel Clark vadodara with my family it was amazing experience. I am very happy with service and food , thanks to Mr.Bhupendra for there hospitality. It is highly recommended budget hotel. Very nice stay and good staff........

The rooms are not good.|Breakfast was good.|The ambience needs to be changed. Basic services and hygiene needs to be taken care off within the room. Looking forward for the improvement so that we can stay once again. Overall it was average experience.

My family and I had a nice time at the hotel. The staff are very caring and are very prompt in delivering all services catered by the Hotel.
