I am a regular visitor to Hotel Casa. Over the past few months, I noticed some issues with the hotel. However, since the new management took over, I have seen great improvements in the maintenance of the hotel. They have also started offering breakfast, and the quality of the food is very good. It feels just like home. I am very happy with the changes!

We are husband and wife and we stayed for 4 nights in this hotel. Let me describe the horrendous experience we faced in those 4 nights: 1. Every time we had a bath, water leaked out from the bathroom and we had to painstakingly dry the room every time. 2. The walls are so thin that sound gets leaked theough walls - no privacy at all. We have to whisper to each other to maintain privacy. Sometimes we could hear strange sounds from around our room, which made it feel like our room was haunted. 3. For the first 2 days, our room's dustbin filled up. I requested at the reception multiple times to clear it. Every time the receptionist said that someone will visit the room shortly to clear it. But nobody did ever. (Same with water bottles.) 4. One of the receptionist staff was giving extremely dirty look at my wife. I wonder how nobody reported him to the police yet. I can't even say that this is a 2-star hotel. Please do not stay at this hotel. I'm saving you from massive disappointment.

A very comfortable family stay! Supportive staff, noticeable service improvements from our last visit, and a fantastic location. No wonder the hotel is always full -- great service and a perfect spot. Will definitely return!
