I had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful 5-star hotel for 2 days, and I must say, the experience exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming, attentive, and professional. The room was spacious, beautifully maintained, and offered all the comforts one could ask for. What truly stood out was the exceptional service across the board--every request was handled promptly and with a smile. The dining experience was equally impressive, with a wide variety of delicious dishes that were perfectly prepared and presented. Overall, it was a flawless stay, and I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for top-notch hospitality, luxury, and comfort. I look forward to returning in the future!

Beautiful hotel with lovely staff.|It was a wonderful and memorable stay. The hotel's elegant design, combined with its top-notch amenities, made for a truly relaxing and enjoyable experience. The staff are very helpful, attentive and courteous. The team made us feel this place as home and my two year old son fully enjoyed with them. This is one of the best hotel in Vadodara. I have fond memories of the time we used to visit for Liquor shop with my friends when I was studying.This was the first time I got to stay at this hotel while on business trip in Vadodara|From reception to check in to the room, the experience was excellent, managed by friendly and obliging staff specially Poorvi & Anjali at reception.The stay quite pleasant. Warm & Welcoming staff at reception.|Will surely come back.

Excellent professional service. The check in and check out was smooth. Karan and Poorvi assisted me for everything. The room were well maintained and clean. The front office staff was very professional and helpful. The food was amazing. Especially masala dosa and juice. The hotel is located at a very good place. Thank you all for the wonderful hospitality. The staff at in room dining is very prompt. |Highly recommended.

Room& washrooms were clean and spacious.. breakfast was awesome and every staff from hotel I came across was courteous and warm.. right from security to check in to checkout evrything was just seamless and absolutely smooth spa.gym swiming pool facilities were also good I used the pool and gym the trainer give very good training everything was good in the hotel if I ever come to Vadodara again in life then I will definitely like to come to this hotel

Very gold hotel. Was there already the second time. Very convenient. Helpful people providing an excelent service. I Rate breakfast and dinner, high quality and tasty food. Especially AS a vegetarian I habe a lot oft choice. Thanks......

It was really horrible and wrost ever ever experience. Last year i was been there for 5 nights. The hotel is very old. Floor were very wet, humid and damp. Bad smell comes from the room when enter from outside. After two nights staying I requested them to change my room. But new room was same as previous. Actually entire hotel is very humid and damp. Need a massive renovation otherwise it's very difficult to stay there specially in lower floors. Really disappointed .

The swimming pool is also very clean, the gym is also very good, it is small but clean, the trainer also gives good training, he has a lot of knowledge, the trainer is always present to serve you
