Upon our arrival, the personnel at Fortune exhibited remarkable friendliness and efficiency. The check-in procedure was efficient and expeditious, and the front desk personnel were really accommodating, providing us with a spacious room, which was greatly valued. The room was expansive, inviting, and elegantly adorned. The amenities were well-executed, and the bed was remarkably comfy, guaranteeing an excellent night's sleep. The complementary breakfast was enjoyable, featuring a selection of delectable and freshly prepared choices. I extend my sincere gratitude to Ms. Mrunali for ensuring my stay was both comfortable and luxurious.

Hi, organized a conference in the hotel the F& B head handled it well. Very good. I also stayed there, the check out was very rough. Please be careful with their billing system, I had to get the room bill corrected twice. Very carelessly they made the bill with high amount both the times.

The bed was comfortable, and the bathroom amenities felt fresh and luxurious. Dining- The food was consistently good across the board. Breakfast buffet offered a satisfying mix of hot and cold options, with standout dishes like e.g., fluffy pancakes or a made-to-order omelette. Dinner at the hotel restaurant was buffet it was enjoyable, with flavourful dishes and attentive service. Service- Staff members were friendly and efficient throughout my stay. Check-in/check-out was seamless, and the concierge provided helpful recommendations for local attractions. While there were no over-the-top gestures, the service was reliable and professional--exactly what I needed. Overall experience- This hotel delivers on the essentials: cleanliness, good food, and dependable service. It's ideal for travellers who prioritise comfort and consistency. Special mention to Executive Chef Mr.Zunaid and his colleagues Amit, Anoop, Gaurav, Omkar, Prakash, Dwij, Himanshu and Hiral. And a big thank you to the hotel manager, Mr STALIN, who made sure our stay was comfortable in every possible way. My ratings- 5/5 Will visit soon again.

Nice hotel. Experienced and well behaved staff of restaurant specially prakash give us fast service. Room service is also very good.
