Avoid FabHotel Hill Park I, Vadodara - Unprofessional and Disappointing I had a terrible experience staying at FabHotel Hill Park I in Vadodara, and I strongly advise against booking this hotel. Here's a detailed account of my stay: 1. Unprofessional Reception Staff: Upon arriving and calling the reception for help with parking, the first thing the receptionist asked was whether I had already paid. This was completely inappropriate and unhelpful when I was simply seeking guidance to park my vehicle. Despite having paid 30% in advance for both days, the receptionist informed me that they had no booking for the second day and suggested I find another place to stay. This caused unnecessary stress and frustration. 2. Room Availability Issues: Even for the first day, the room was not ready when I arrived, despite booking in advance. I was asked to wait while they prepared it, which was highly inconvenient after a long journey. 3. Lack of Cleanliness and Basic Amenities: The room was unclean, and basic amenities like towels were missing. There was no cupboard to keep clothes, which made the stay even more uncomfortable. 4. Terrible Behavior and Unprofessionalism: The behavior of the receptionist was shockingly bad, lacking basic manners and professionalism. It seemed like the hotel had employed an untrained and uneducated person to save costs, which significantly affected the guest experience. 5. Lack of Support from FabHotel: While booking the room, I had a good experience with the centralized support team. They were polite, helpful, and even provided a direct contact number for assistance. However, when I reached out to them after facing issues at the hotel, no one answered my calls, and I received no support to resolve my problems. The chatbot was equally unhelpful. This was one of the worst hotel experiences I've ever had, mainly due to the unprofessional and rude behavior of the receptionist, coupled with the lack of cleanliness and poor management. I strongly recommend avoiding this property and looking for better options in Vadodara.

I recently stayed at Hotel Hill Park under FabHotels, and while the room was spacious and comfortable, there were some issues that made my stay less enjoyable. The rooms are good, but the water heater in some rooms doesn't work, which was a bit inconvenient. Room service was good, but they don't provide daily cleaning unless requested, no towels either. Avoid breakfast option. The hotel is conveniently located above Sanjivani Hospital, right opposite Bansal Movieplex and Mall, so it's easy to get around. However, my experience with the booking was frustrating. I made two bookings through FabHotels, but for the second one, Hotel Hill Park refused to accept the price I had already booked in advance through Fabhotels, even though I had confirmation. They asked me to check out, which was very disappointing and they do not have any concern for Fabhotels. FabHotels was not helpful in resolving the issue, despite multiple calls, and I had to raise a refund request for the amount after they deducted a service charge. One more thing--don't give your room key to the front desk for cleaning. There's a chance they may rent out the room on an hourly basis while you're away. Overall, this could be a decent stay, but I'd recommend caution with bookings and the front desk handling.
