Courtyard by Marriott Vadodara

I had a great experience thanks to Khusbo. From the moment I sat down, she were attentive, friendly, and genuinely welcoming. She made sure my order was correct, checked in just the right amount without being intrusive, and had a great attitude throughout. It's clear they care about their job and the people they serve. Definitely made my meal more enjoyable--thank you!

Hotel is very confortable all the staff are very friendly specialy Mita from housekeeping....... Os very polite & profesional behaviour........she did nivel job during our stay....... I realy appreciate yo her for her excelente job ......... & Tufan did Sole beautiful flower art un our room that os amazing............ Room os very neat & clean .......... What ecver we want anytime she gave ASAP... Thank you so mucho for treat like specialy...........thank you ...... All the staff......

The management is money hungry and if you make a mistake in booking and get charged for it, forget about getting any money back from them. I messed up on the check in date and I requested them and showed them all sorts of proof that it was an honest mistake. They did not budge and charged a full day stay for no-show. Again, I did not stay there - did not use any of their services - but paid the full price. Absolutely ridiculous. I am a Gold Elite member with Marriott but that made no difference at all. I have written a complaint to the Marriott Bonvoy customer care. Lets see if that helps at all. I am absolutely disappointed. Coming to the rooms and other amenities - They are all good, but not worth the rate they charge per night. I think I will try Hyatt next time.

I recently attended The Red Lantern Restaurant Festival at Courtyard by Marriott, and it was a truly delightful experience. Everything--from the food and service to the overall atmosphere--was top-notch. The staff was attentive and welcoming, the dishes were flavorful and well-presented, and the ambiance added a special charm to the evening. It was a memorable outing, and I'd definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a quality dining experience.

Very good service and food. Employees are well educated and professional! Mr.roshan and chef sagar both in special.||Ambientes are cosy, comfortable and clean. Gym has a very good structure. Bedrooms are quite. I spent very good two weeks.

Very small and congested ! Rooms are very average - poor mattress, no alternate options of hard mattress, no proper place to sit and work, ergonomics of sofa, bed and table extremely poor. In-room dining experience was terrible - the Club Sandwich was cold and was served with a single use sachet of ketchup, the kind you get on the roadside food stalls. The amenities and supplies in the room were pretty average and not user friendly. Restaurant for breakfast was, well 'just okay'. Overall - avoidable hotel.

American traveling for business and this hotel did an excellent job handling my reservation and stay. Staff up front spoke English well. The restaurant was incredible, loved the coffee bar and egg cook. My laundry was taken care of well. Be prepared to have your bag run through a metal detector upon each entry, no issues just an extra step to take. Will recommend to my colleagues.

My mother and I had a nice time at the Marriott restaurant, where Khusboo, Roshan Mukherji, and the manager took good care of us. The food was also delicious. I will like to book my stay here and visit again in future as I enjoyed the response from the name mention staff and the head chef were taking personal care name Amar
