I had my wedding at Comfort Inn last month, and it was one of the most humiliating and traumatic experiences of my life. The groom's side of the family stayed here, and the wedding took place at the same venue. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that the hotel was completely unprepared to host such an important event. The rooms were in horrible condition, and the hotel was severely understaffed. Calls to the front desk were ignored, and even when we did get a response, nothing was done to resolve issues. My guests were frustrated and angry, rightfully so, because there was absolutely no service or proper management. It was beyond embarrassing to have our loved ones treated this way. To make matters worse, the outdoor area was poorly maintained. The grass on the field wasn't even cut properly, with uneven patches everywhere, making it hazardous for guests to walk on. One of our guests even tripped and got hurt due to the negligence in maintaining the venue. This is completely unacceptable for a place that markets itself as a wedding venue. For my parents, this was an extremely humiliating experience. As a father and mother, they had worked hard to plan a beautiful wedding, only to face embarrassment in front of all our guests due to Comfort Inn's incompetence. To this day, our entire family is still thinking about it and losing sleep over how terrible the experience was. Instead of cherishing wedding memories, we are left with stress, anger, and regret. As a bride, I am still traumatized, and this has taken a serious toll on my mental health. A wedding is supposed to be a joyous occasion, but Comfort Inn turned it into a disaster. I urge other couples to stay far away from this place if they want their special day to be anything but a nightmare. I will be escalating this issue further, as no family should have to suffer through this level of negligence and disrespect.

Rooms are very dirty. often no water in washrooms, you have to request them to start supplying water. Had to wait 30min once, to get water supply in washrooms. Hotel infrastructure is good, but not maintained. Location was good, 500m from Golden Chokdi.

Third class hotel. Only looks good from the outside but not maintained at all. Bathroom doors, room doors, flush, hot water, nothing is working. There is not one responsible person who will listen to you and adress your concern. I regret hosting my sister's wedding at this venue. Please do not waste your hard earned money in booking this hotel. They do not have basic sense, accountability and they deny everything.

Food was decent and location being on the highway was convenient but that's all the good I can say about this hotel. The staff in general isn't bothered about hygiene and cleanliness. Stains all over the hotel. Hygiene and cleaning is optional it looks like. Jet had no pressure. Tap water is so salty that additional salt isn't required while cooking meals. Other guests too had the exact same issues and upon pointing them out to the reception, they took it very casually. On the whole, stay here only if absolutely necessary and have no other option. I think they should think about renaming the hotel coz comfort is something you won't find it here.

The rooms are not good at all, the worst washrooms I ever saw. I changed our room for 4 times just because the flush stopped working. The washrooms are not clean at all. The food was amazing and fresh, the restaurant is a good place to dine in.

I had my reservation on 26th of April. It was one of worst experience I ever had. Badly maintained hotel. I will list some of them: Rusted dustbin, shabby spray gun, broken furniture inside washroom, non working kettle,lift buttons were not working .We ordered 3omlette and then eggs were finished. He denied taking order. I will never recommend anyone to go there.

Worst Experience Ever! Avoid This Hotel! We attended a wedding at this hotel and had a terrible experience: - Room Issues: AC didn't work, making the stay uncomfortable. - Connectivity Problems: Wi-Fi was completely non-functional. - Water Shortage: No water in the washrooms, causing major inconvenience. - Poor Cleanliness: The hotel was not well-maintained or hygienic. - Rude Staff: The staff was uncooperative, rude, and more focused on creating problems than helping guests. Overall, it was a frustrating stay, and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

This was the worst experience of my life! Everything was a complete disaster. There were delays in everything - check-in, food, and even basic services. The staff was unbelievably rude and treated us like we didn't matter at all. The event we booked was ruined because nothing was done on time, and they didn't seem to care one bit. It was chaos from start to finish. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy! Stay far, far away from this resort!
