Excellent service provided for my son's engagement ceremony.All our guests and relatives were very happy with the amenities and facilities.They all expressed their happiness during their stay. Highly recommend for any big event or functions for homely stay atmosphere.

We were booked to stay for 3weeks from 3/3/25 to 23/3/25 by a local trusted friend in December 2024 with upfront deposit.Later reading the negative reviews we requested the local friend to make sure things were better.She was reassured by reception person about the cleanliness and no bugs or cockroaches in the facility.We checked in on 3/3/25 in the evening.They showed us 2 rooms on the 2nd floor.We checked in with our friend around 6:30pm.After they left we found RO filtered water not working.No phone to call reception there.So we went down to the reception and they gave option of using our phone to call for services.We changed to another room with functioning RO filtered water and phone.While using the bathroom we found one cockroach roaming freely and another one in main sitting area..So we called the reception for anti cockroach spray and mosquito repellent plug-in.No one came for 2hrs.So called local friend who called management and even then someone showed with spray after 15minutes.Next day at breakfast too very limited option and we ordered curd as my husband could only eat that.They did not order it kept telling someone has gone to get it.We left the facility at 11am very very unhappy with unhygienic dirty filthy room conditions poor service and no one responsible to provide basic service for the price they charged us.Personal booking was triple the rate of online booking.Would not recommend this facility for very poor sanitary bugs infested poor service conditions

Since past two years have been recommending and booking rooms for my NRI friends in White House. And so I did book 1BHK for a dear close friend from today . They checked in at about 7pm in 203 and all facilities refused to work like RO, Inter com wi fi and like. Well the room was changed on the same floor . Within next 20 minutes on trying to settle in They noticed a cock roach. I had called and inquired Well in advance during the day of the same on reading the online reviews of cock roach and was told by the front office incharge then being v promptly that nhiiN madam sn tthiik hai. The guest stepped down at about 8 .40pm to inform about the same and request for some kind of mosquito repellent. Till 10.10pm even after my calling the reception nothing was done accept 5 mins wirh an Escuse of inadequate staff. Until I called Mr. Deep and Hit was sprayed. This is unacceptable when Hygiene is to be on topmost priority

Rooms were too old and totally in need of renovation..very bad smell came from washroom all the times and exhaust fan was not working.. Also Lift shaft makes noise and vibration throughout the building every time when someone uses it.. Serious issues are there and management seems careless.. When called upon for it they said they know about the noise issue and cannot do anything to resolve the same.. I've never stayed at such bad hotel.. Avoid if possible...

Pathetic condition of washroom, bad drainage, wobbling taps and fixtures, extremely low pressure of water The rooms were not cleaned properly Our previous stays were good but this time it has deteriorated badly

I am travelling regularly and i have booked full hotel for my daughter marriage but Worst service ever seen in my life.

Bad food, bad Rooms, Both TV was not working in room, Refrigerator not working, cockroaches. Very high price in compare to service. Never recommend

Very poor category of hotel. Flats are converted into rooms. one flat is converted into 3 to 4 rooms with comman entrance . Very Very poorly maintained if you are coming with family don't even think of staying here.
