Blue lagoon

We recently hosted a birthday party at Blue Lagoon hotel's hall and had a wonderful experience. The service was very efficient, with the staff being attentive and prompt throughout the event. The food was excellent -- tasty, fresh, and appreciated by all our guests. The hall was clean, well-maintained, and perfectly suited for a gathering of around 30-40 people. Overall, it was a smooth and enjoyable experience. Highly recommended for small to medium-sized celebrations! All our queries were answered promptly.

I recently dined at Blue Lagoon, and unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing. Staff behaviour - The service was unacceptable; the staff displayed a severe lack of manners and basic customer service skills. They seemed indifferent and unprofessional in their interactions. Food- To make matters worse, the food was also subpar. I ordered both Hot and Sour soup and Manchow soup, but both tasted virtually identical. There was no discernible difference in their appearance or flavor, indicating a lack of attention to detail and quality in the kitchen. Overall, I cannot recommend Blue Lagoon. The poor service and the indistinguishable, low-quality food make it an establishment I will not be visiting again.

I stayed here for three days. I have experienced the worst service in my life here. I was complaining everyday here but nobody listened to it. No parking facility. You are forced to park the opposite side under the bridge where stray animals/roaming vehicle may damage your car. Sometime room service comes after 10 mins. 1 star is even more for the service they offer. Gaurd asks for more money in the name of the hotel. They denied a few rupees oil pouch in return of service charges in a thousand. Forget about compensation, the receptionist did not even have courtesy to say sorry about pathetic service. You can find water glasses in the washroom on top of toilet seat. The bathroom ceiling is full of webs. I had to stay here for the whole journey as I paid in advance. Please be careful if you are planning a night stay. Here I am giving two stars here for restaurant service. I was served before asking. Food quality is decent. Thank God you saved this hotel to be rated by 1 star. Dear owner, Please focus on service improvement. Last day I literally called the receptionist in the room and he did agree on poor service, sarcastically I faced the same problem the next morning as well. I don't know what you are doing here.

One of the hotels with great location but worst ever service and behaviour of staff. The manager is extremely rude and his standard answer to every request is a stern no. The restaurant taste is good. Dear blue lagoon management, please change or train your staff in hospitality.

I booked this place for a night, it is overpriced for their category of hygiene and service. It's not at all the way they have shown in the picture, there were molds in bathrooms, the lobby smells with food all the time, cleaning staff talking out loud in the lobby as well.

Please change your new chef I loved your Food but last time ehen i ordered Kasmiri pulav it was sooo bad quality and literally i can't believe that it was from Blue Lagoon Please change your new chef as doon as possible Rather then staff was good and service was too good

I have never seen such a hopeless management. We went blue lagoon fatehganj with our family for dinner. Initially it was okay to wait for 15 minutes but when we went there, a big table was lying vacant with no reservation. We were given a corner table where the AC was not working and it was smelling. We asked to change the table. Thoug big table was still lying vacant but they did not allowed us. They had kept that table empty for a ghost customer who will come or not even they didn't know. Ultimately we left the premise and blue lagoon lost the business of 2500/-. Note we are a regular customer but from today it's big NO.

I used it for dinner and got awesome treatment...food and service top class.
