Banyan Paradise Resort

Worst experience. The behaviour of the lady manager is very rude. We hosted a wedding at the resort, before booking she was so polite nd agreed for many things. Eventually she denied many of the things even on the day of the event. After booking she became so unsupportive nd didn't even answered our calls. Some of the rooms had foul smell. The payment conditions are weird nd even after full payment Armeet madam refused to give us invoice.Even 1 star is too much for this kind of service. Does not recommend anyone to book the resort for any event.

Very very very bad experience only because of manager. Manager's behaviour is very bad we had a wedding there initially she agreed to things we wanted but at last she denied that I will not allow and many other things on such Ae agreed at last she changed her conditions... will not recommend anybody to have any functions there bcoz that lady is very much rude and arrogant she denies everything at last so you don't have any time to make any other arrangements or. Change the hotel.. not at all recommended

I had booked 2 deluxe rooms for one night on January 25th check in through Goibibo and was fully paid up and confirmed. On January 22nd night I get a call that for some unknown reason they had cancelled my booking. I found it quite unprofessional and unethical on the part of the resort and was desperate to find a nearby resort for the same date at the last minute. Thanks to Goibibo staff they accommodated to another hotel after going through the ordeal of finding one that suited me. Quite disappointed with the resort management and their lack luster towards their guests.

I recently got married at Banyan Paradise Resort. The experience was satisfying and awesome, especially the service, decor and food quality was great. Would like to thank Sangram and Govind from the staff who helped with the event.

A good resort cum banquet place, suitable for marriage and other functions. The place has good restaurant and food served was really delicious. The resort also has good Hotel for guest stays and a generous place for car parking.

Rooms are really clean and in this place u can get your own privacy but good locks and the food in here is really tasty

Good place for the long-term and short-term stay, very friendly and helpful staff.

I booked for candle light dinner They only care about money Service was pathetic Service is very late everytime we ordered food and as per packages music system is on list they dont put and after request they put and ask us to not play loud They write private candle light dinner but no privacy 3-4 staff is doing some work besides you e and staff is ask us to stop music after dinner thats very rude Not worth it . waste of money
