Fantastic Stay with Excellent Service! I recently stayed and I must say it was an outstanding experience. From the moment I arrived, the Reception staff Ravina was incredibly welcoming and attentive, making sure all my needs were met. The check-in process was smooth and hassle-free. The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated, offering a perfect blend of comfort and luxury. The bed was extremely comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The amenities provided were top-notch. One of the highlights of my stay was the impeccable customer service. The staff went above and beyond to make my stay special, providing helpful recommendations and ensuring I had everything I needed. Rooms are comfortable and hygiene.. there is a restaurant where we can take breakfast and Laundry service also available in this .... I enjoyed my stay

got a very good response. Ravina mam welcomed me with great respect and tarulata,debasis,yogesh also arranged the room very well. The staff also works very carefully. My experience has been very excellent.

All facilities good provide by the staffs Amit Singh and Ravina thanks... Hotel is located in nice place. We have good experience of the this hotel staff Tarulata and Naim... Breakfast is so nice.. We would like to come again in this hotel

Not good for family.Not the same as other 7 apple hotels. It's suprise that this hotel went into 7 apple as I had a very good stay in the same hotel at other locations... The room was clean as 2 star, not clean under the bed and the toilet was not properly cleaned ....we felt strongly as the kid was travelling with us.... During Breakfast ,counter not allowed to carry or deliver breakfast to room based on emergency , like it will cost them very much. Luggage we have to carry our own. Tea/coffee was not available in room. All the staff were behaving like they are the owner and money we have paid is for our own interest. Respect and Gratitude was missing completely. For given price and Hotel Name ,overall experience in Bad.Will not say very bad.
