Hotel Royal City

Such a worst rooms and staff They don't even respect the customers questions I have been there for 3 days , the room was already occupied by the rats So we asked to change the room and they gave another room , but the same happened in the another room , literally we were chit chatting with the rats in the 3am night and we called the staff and asked about it they were like " yes we do run our business like this only , if are interested u can stay or else u may leave " , this is how the hotel management people speak to the customers , stupid behaviour and cheap maintained rooms . And also I have attached the video of the staff speaking about the rats inside the rooms
