Hotel Shyam Inn

Why these people has added INN in their hotel name as the value they provide is like lower class guest house. I had booked a room in this hotel through OYO. While checking in, first the receptionist told me to cancel online booking and pay directly to them which is 300 more than the online booking, and it is too full amount on checking in, which we pay on checkout everywhere. I have no option except to obey because all hotels were fully booked in nearby. The staff was not so good as I have seen else everywhere. After going in the room there's no doormats at the entrance and outside washroom. Room was not clean, no bedsheets on bed. One fan away from the bed, no dim light, no soap, towel nothing. No phone in room, lights were off when I checked in , it was dark fearful feeling. Don't go seeing the INN in hotel name, don't get fooled by online posted images

Worst experience When i booked the hotel i asked them garam pani Aata hai they said yes subh ko garam pani nai Aa raha to i asked in reception ku garam pani nai Aara hai they said we have boiler but we will to start for one person Ever rooms are not nice Chader fata huva tha Bathroom me cokroach tha N AC is not working upto the mark

they try their best to scam you ...I booked these AC rooms via OYO I reached midnight with my family including a 1 year old child. The staff clearly said we were given your non-ac room to another and now non-ac rooms are sold out and you have to book AC rooms by paying extra....all this happened at 12 mod night......other than this i checked rooms It's not what you see in apps and there was no car parking at all.

This is a good place to get freshen up before you go out for business as a stopover from night travel. Very basic. But suited my requirements fine.if you are reaching early Better to inform them in advance.

As I booked this hotel yesterday I seen pics are good but it is like baba Adam jamane ka hotel, but I say only for passing time it is ok.

Very good facility in hotel like tv,canteen,high class wash room etc.
