Lotus Lagoon Beach Resort

We have been to this place for my friends Marriage. Third class rooms and badly maintained there was no cleanliness. Talking about events and functions they insist themselves and no outsider are allowed no catering from outside allowed. Events and functions were poorly managed by them. They did not serve the food which we decided while confirming final menu. Over all third class service. Don't go there for any function or event.

Worst service ever, they are just a pure fraud and scam case. Dont book this property. The monopoly company "Prasang Decoraters" are just a fraud. They will take 100% as an advance, and will not fulfill the commitments. Worst management ever i had felt. Too worst that, i am getting anger while writing this review. So much of fraud is their.

I went for a wedding there. I was shocked to see the venue arrangements over there. Barat was at the entrance and people were arranging carpets and decoration was left. When i enquired about that i came to know about their decorators contract monopoly. Their decorators were rude and lazy. They promised everything but didn't do anything till the last moment. It was very sad to see bride's brother had to be at venue to ask decorators to complete the work from early morning till the barat came instead of getting ready and enjoy his sisters wedding rituals. I will never suggest anyone for this venue for anything. Just imagine instead of enjoying your event you have to be after your decorators and venue managers to complete their works even after paying 90% in advance! PS: I have attached photos when barat was at entrance.

It was my sister's wedding venue, I must say never book this venue for wedding ceremony.. absolutely pathetic... Prasang decorators have monopoly for decor .. At first they promised everything but at the end they denied for what they had promised.. they did this at the end moment which made it so difficult for us who were completely dependent on them for the entire event.Their behaviour..especially Chetan's ..was rude and unacceptable. Villa was decent but without decor your wedding becomes zero.. Till last moment venue was not ready.. we had to delay barat for an hour.. and we had to come to Venue a day before.. then also it was not ready at the promised time.. I can give 1 star because of mosin, he was so welcoming and helpful, though I don't recommend it at any cost.. You can visit casa marina.. just next to this venue..

Worst place for any event and wedding if you go for weekend for private beach and alone time than its better otherwise bad experience in wedding no arrangements on time , inexperienced event management and room quality was not maintained

This place is good for staycation but service needs to improve.... Beach location was very peaceful..
