HOTEL SHIVAY INTERNATIONAL

This hotel is trying to establish itself somewhere as 3 star hotel. In comparison to its location and city it is best available hotel. Best USP of this hotel is its spacious design. But some improvement is required as 1. Hotel should stop using plastic cups for tea. 2. No water heater kettle available in room. 3. Lock of Slider in between room and balcony is not working. 4. Food option as breakfast is limited in buffet.

I paid twice for single bill and haven't solved issues. First online failed but hotel accountant got money and I paid cash also after I explained them this and they accepted this but haven't given my money back. Hotel is good and dishes too.

Nece property at tharad banaskantha Gujarat. Staff is very cooperative, parking is also available, but try give attention to room cleaning . Otherwise hotel is very good place for staying
