Hotel Shiv International

The reception informed me that the hotel was under renovation and there could be inconvenience, yet the room I was allotted had taps that came off in hand, dirty towels, the housekeeping was negligible in entire hotel. The only good part was the food served in the restaurant. Hopefully it would improve post renovation.

Don't choose this place ever. Not trustable. Management isn't so good. First they will tell will do this and this..like big big talk and at the end you will see nothing.

I'm stay in room no 108 . There is no issue with room. Room is okay. But 1. No hot water coming from tap. I'm asking about that to reception I don't get proper answer. And after that they won't received my calls. 2.The western toilet seat is not of good quality. The upper fiber is in bad condition. 3.the wash basin is leakage. 4.The shower strainer is totally rust. You wont bath in that conducting. 5.bathroom drainage is block. I'm check the hotel on google before visit to hotel. The hotels reviews are good. But I feel very bad experience. That's why I'm intensionly post this things. The intension is only to show the reality. If you pay 2000 rs per day. For this rooms. then your money is waste. Search other option nearby. Thank you.

Bad management,staff is not helpful, There is one manager manishbhai who is handling all function and all ..he is not helpful at all.. don't choose shiv hotel ..

Unclean rooms and bathrooms..... Service was good..... Overall a So-So experience.... Food was quite good though.

Excellent Place. Rooms are neat and clean. Banquet is very specious. Food is awesome. Jain food is very nice. A lift facility is available. Small and large halls available.

Avoid this hotel at all costs. Don't be fooled by its exterior. Rooms are dirty and so are the bedsheets. Bathrooms are even worse, with no hot water, water pressure issue, and the flush not working properly. When you ask for mineral water, they will serve you regular bottled water. Breakfast buffet has 2-3 options, and the taste is downright average. Save your money and stay elsewhere.

They served starter with stale fried noodles.bad smell from noodles not recommended food was not tasteful.
