VITS Surat (Kamat Group)

Located within few minutes of walking distance from Surat Railway Station this hotel is one of the best place to stay. The rooms are neat and clean. It has a Vitthal Kamath restaurant on first floor. Though the Vitthal Kamath chain of restaurant is very popular in other places this one is not. The restaurant is mostly visited by people staying at the hotel rooms above. This is because the food quality is below average for a Kamath restaurant. Over all a good stay.

We have come from UK and the stay we have had in this hotel has been great and fully accommodating. The rooms are very clean and fully AC rooms. The room service has been fast and easy. Staff members are friendly and respectful. The hotel is central to wherever we needed to get to and close to train station which makes our journeys easy. I would definitely recommend this hotel and will come stay here again when I visit Surat again.

Positives: Location in walking distance from station.Compact,yet good rooms.cleanliness and hygiene standards excellent.Very good restaurant,though expensive.Responsive reception staff. Some negatives... No TV channels were not available ... housekeeping response to xtra coffee sachets very slow. Overall, good stay.

The stay and food was good during the stay of 3 nights I have booked it online and it was fair price which had included breakfast and dinner. Laundry service was available and the staff were polite in answering the queries. Mr. Sudeep and his team were extremely polite in providing the requirements as and when required.

i was regular and premium customer of VITS group . i was request to discount for long stay they not provide anything all VITS branch are good but the surat branch i get very bed experience. managment staff small swaminarayn boy is very rude behavior not supportive any kind of help and much attitude may be they are children or part time job doing work in hotel , and not provide room cleaning service on time , lift also bed smelling.

Worst service....The staff is so unbothered. Our A/c was not working. Called the hotel so many times, yet no one came. There are better hotels in this locality, go there, avoid this
