I recently had a very pleasant stay at The World by Royal Orchid in Surat, which I booked through MakeMyTrip. The hotel is situated in the Magob area, a moderately busy locality that's approximately a 25-minute drive from the railway station during peak traffic hours. One of the immediate positives was the ample and well-maintained parking area. Upon arrival, the reception staff proved to be exceptionally helpful and welcoming. The room itself was excellent, well-appointed and comfortable, and the service throughout my stay was top-notch. While the rates are a little on the higher side, I must say that the service and the overall ambiance of the hotel are truly outstanding and well worth it. The restaurant and kitchen, conveniently located on the ground floor, offered an excellent culinary experience. The taste of the food was superb, and the service in the restaurant was equally commendable. What I particularly appreciated was the overall elegance of the hotel. It exudes a sense of sophistication and comfort that truly enhanced my stay. I would also like to extend a special thanks to Mr. Anand Mishra. I was in continuous communication with him regarding a discount, and while he wasn't able to accommodate my request, I was nonetheless compelled to book the property due to the impressive humbleness, support, and clarity he provided about the hotel. His professionalism and helpfulness were significant factors in my decision. In addition to the excellent room and service, The World by Royal Orchid offers amenities like a swimming pool, gym, and a kids' play area. While my brief visit didn't permit me to experience these firsthand, a quick look indicated they were well-kept and likely quite impressive. Based on this experience, I have decided that The World by Royal Orchid will be my preferred choice of accommodation whenever I visit Surat in the future. I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service, elegant ambiance, and dedicated staff.

I had an amazing experience at The World Hotel Surat! From the moment I arrived, the hospitality was top-notch. A special mention to Gaurav Tiwari, whose positive attitude and warm smile made my stay even more pleasant. The swimming pool was absolutely fantastic--clean, well-maintained, and perfect for relaxation. The overall ambiance, service, and amenities were excellent. I recently stayed at The World Surat and had an exceptional experience. The staff were friendly and welcoming, the room was spacious,clean and comfortable.||All the textile market are close to this hotel and place is less populated.||I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay. The staff, amenities, and location all came together to make our stay truly unforgettable.

The hotel is in the outskirts so people who want to relax and stay away from the city can opt for this one. This is a new property which has amenities like kids zone i.e. ball pool, games, etc. and swimming pool. They have 2 types of room - classic suite and premium suite. We stayed in classic suite (400 sq ft) which has a hall, bedroom and 2 bathroom which is quite spacious to accommodate small families. The staff here were extremely polite and helpful. We stayed for 2 days and it was very comfortable stay. Especial thanks to restaurant chef and his team who helped us with whatever food we have requested for our 1 year old baby. I will highly recommend this property for a family stay.

Excellent Stay. People with family and kids will enjoy. All the staff were great and helped us and greeted us at all times. Food was good and game zone helped us keep our kids occupied while we were busy with our work. My kids had a great time and plenty of space to work. Special mention to Samarth, Urvi and Nancy for their great hospitality.

The place was great - when we went it had just recently opened up. ||The staff were great for example, after a long drive we reached late in the evening and the kids really wanted to get into pool, the manager lett them use although we had just passed the pool closing time. The staff at teh rooms were superb too, ready to help in any way with extra towels or shampoo (after the pool) and the front office staff with the best shopping area to visit||There were a few spots in the room that could use propoer finshing though, hanging wire in one location and bit of improvement in the bathroom cleaning
