Good location Rooms are spread out in 2 building Some time have to manage time and remember how to go in next building and from where to take the lift Good complementory break fast with many options

From last 2 months I stay in this hotel, very unprofessional including security person that one PAJI, why i am mentioning this because just now at the gate he checked me in very indiscipline mannered , what i feel is that the more we stay here, the less value we get. Moreover, their valued costumer is of two types 1st foreigners and 2nd for rich people. I think they should know the meaning of hospitality "Atithi Devo Bhava". We all should get equal respect. HOPE THIS message will go to the hotel owners.

Nice hotel foods are good and nest for watching cinemas the theatre was limited seats

Good hotel but showing signs of age and need maintenance to continue to qualify as a good five star facility. Modded walls and ceilings paint pealing off and rust on metal handles and bars all suggest the struggle of keeping the facility alive. Heard it is being taken over by another hotel groups or something may be that explains. Breakfast was average nothing fancy. The servers were struggling and either not aware how to address guest queries and or were just not showing up etc.
