The experience was too good! The staff were doing on-hand services, so quickly. Damn appreciable!! The room were so hygienic. Rates are also very affordable.

"Think twice before booking at this hotel! Our experience was a disaster from start to finish. Despite having a confirmed reservation, we were left waiting for ONE AND HALF HOURS only to be told that all rooms were booked. And when we finally got our room, it was a nightmare! Insects crawling on the bed, no access to water - it was a health hazard! And the cherry on top? A whopping charge of up to 1500 for the privilege of staying in such squalor. Don't make the same mistake we did. Do your research, read the reviews, and think twice before handing over your hard-earned money to this hotel. Your sanity and health are worth it!"

Very clean rooms and amazing service. The location is close to and walking distance from Surat Station. Good for bachelors as well as family. It has 24hrs checkout option available.

After a 2-hour wait, we were finally assigned a room, but it was in poor condition, with insects on the bed and no access to water. This is a luxury room and budget friendly and service is very very good and nearby railway station and Bus stand so many Restaurants in there.
