Rooms are not very clean. Service was decent.

It's a decent place and the location is good. The hotel has decent rooms and spacious hall for any functions. Other than that not great in service and rooms are quite small. The food was not good when we had one meal. Staff is kind and helpful

Excellent club with swimming pool and lot more activities

Nice to stay for families for functions like marriage. Decent rooms and amenities. On the highway and near to surat station. Food is also good and reasonable. Carry your ID cards for registration at the hotel. Make sure you pre book your rooms for a view. 3 floors hotels with banquet halls and swimming pool. It's also a club where children come to train for swimming lessons by certified trainers with all equipments required for safety.

Medium quality hotel. Needs a bit of an upgrade which it seems they are doing at present. Service staff need to be better trained. Am hoping the changes that are currently taking place will make this place a much better option for the future

The rooms are newly built but not clean. The room is dusty and full of insects. Otherwise value for money of u want to stay for overnight. The location so right on the main. Road. Itbhas a swimming pool and gym facilities. They 0rovide food from outside on request. Service is good and polite staff. Washroom are clean but not maintained

Decent stay for 2 days. The hotel is just by the road, and about 30 minutes away from the railway station. Room looked old but was spacious and clean. Evenings can get noisy with the swimming classes provided for children. The hotel did not have a restaurant of its own, so we had to search for places to dine in.

Worst service ever had in a hotel, room size is nice, no wifi, There is dust everywhere no cleaniness when called for cleaning reception didn't respond No breaktast Unfriendly and rude staff If there was option to give 0 stars I would
