Hotel Suncity

I had a very bad experience at this hotel. Today, when I checked out, I accidentally left my money wallet in the room. Upon realizing it, I returned to retrieve it. However, when the hotel staff handed me the wallet , I found that my cash rs 2,500 was missing. Despite multiple inquiries, no one accepted responsibility for the theft, and the management showed no interest in resolving the issue. The hotel should take this matter seriously, identify the staff member responsible, and take corrective action. This happened to me today, but it could happen to anyone. The management should focus on building the hotel's reputation rather than allowing such incidents to damage it.

One of the worst hotel in surat.. lack of communication among the staff.. very poor service

The stay here was a nightmare, I think the management has changed, and the guy on the desk is really rude. He literally bullied us because he was a local. He also spoke to us in a very ill manner. My checkout was going to be late due to train getting late. But the guy spoke with my parents (elderly person) in a rude way, that I immediately checked out and had to book a cab. Not recommended for decent families, as this is one shady hotel. They will charge you more for food, not give you proper bills. (Told they will email the bill but not yet emailed). Don't go by YouTube video, those are fake. NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR A DECENT STAY, INFACT THERE ARE MUCH BETTER OPTIONS NEARBY.

Just focusing on money. Bought 50% extra in the name of overtime . Power shutdown were regular during my visit. Power went of over ten times on that day. Maybe they need a new power supply connection to withstand all power consumption in every room

Located at very good location, walkable distance from railway station. One can get neat and clean rooms at affordable prices. Staff is good. They also offers moderate complementary breakfast. A good hotel to stay in Surat.

The rooms were not that good according to price. They charge 1500 for a Big AC room which is not worth 1500 as AC was not working at all. The bathroom is not properly clean.

The size of the room is very small not expected based on the price. However, the staff are very amazing and helping in nature. Overall experience was ok except the room size based on price and AC is also not working properly.
