The rooms are spacious and comfortable, but the lack of lift services to the 3rd and 4th floors is highly inconvenient, especially for senior citizens who are forced to climb the stairs. This oversight makes accessibility a major issue. Additionally, the air conditioning in our room was noisy throughout the stay, reflecting poor maintenance. On a positive note, the breakfast was satisfactory.

Prime location Rooms are neat and clean. Staff are very supportive and cooperative. It was a pleasant stay in the hotel sheetal plaza.

Very nice hotel, good location next to railway station I have stayed for a week. All the staff are very polite and cooperative. Food is also good. Not all rooms, but my room was a bit smaller and has a humming sound of nearby looms. Rest all are good.

Friday on 14/12/2024 We were stayed in hotel sheetal plaza.Hotel was good in service and Hygiene cleaned.My room is 324 it road side view is amazing. Hotel room traffic not more expensive as service .I suggest if any visit surat pls stay in this hotel.Mohammed zaid is also very helpful person .

Nice place to stay. Close to surat station. Morning breakfast complimentary. Nearby u will get restaurant and many more for having food. Rooms were good, neat and clean. Hotel was very clean.

Happily checked in Front desk is handled by a polite person.. Got a boy named Krishna who is very eager to serve us.. Location score is less as the reception is in 2nd floor and lift operates only to 2nd floor. Hotel located very near to railway station. Room is of good size, nice stay, no bad smell, cleaned and maintained well.. packed drinking water and normal water is provided on the table, I felt 100 % 3 star at best rate

Being not so far from the train station makes it suitable for the travellers and it's a peaceful place to stay.
