Hotel Royal Treat

We were not given entry, nor were we refunded the money, and on top of that, the staff behaved so rudely. In my entire life, I have never seen a hotel as terrible as this. If you cannot provide a room to a couple, you should at least refund the money or find an alternative solution. The platform where the booking is made should clearly mention all the requirements so that we are informed beforehand. To make matters worse, we saw two couples being given rooms right in front of us, and we were lied to that they were married. I cannot find the right words to express how terrible this experience was.

Rooms were dirty and not worth for the money, seems like over priced - smelly washrooms , broken AC , Tiny rooms. Service is average and foods are average.

Room and location is good but I give 4 because they don't have own restaurant in his hotel otherwise price and service are good.

Ac wasn't working in the room... for breakfast there was no service proper... there needs to be alot of improvement in terms of service. I honestly wouldn't recommend the stay here.

One of the worst hotels in Surat, unhygienic compact rooms with lot of mosquitos. From the window you can only see and smell garbage. Unhealthy atmosphere. Dangerous lift, pathetic room service and food with cold breakfast. Even the staff is very arrogant and rude. No proper communication. Overpriced and charge extra one day full even if you check out half an hour late. Never suggest this hotel to anyone, you get much more better hotels than this. Don't waste your money.

V good experience of stay at Royal treat. I was on a foodie trip & decided to stay here becoz of proximity. Excellent location, close to the railway station & also at a short distance from all famous eateries. Rooms are small but well kept & neat. Clean washrooms. Great service. They serve really good & tasty breakfast. All at a great price. Highly recommended. .

Had an amazing experience with our family. Mr.Tejpal is really helpful in every manner and made our stay really worth. Though it is a budget hotel the rooms are quite good and the bathroom is clean. Located close to the Surat Railway station it is a best deal. The food is also really good. The breakfast spread though Limited but the food that they serve is really tasty.
