I recently had the pleasure of staying at Rest Inn Hotel in Surat, Gujarat, and I must say, it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. The hotel is well-located, making it convenient for both business and leisure travelers. Upon entering, I was immediately impressed by the cleanliness and overall ambiance of the hotel. The rooms were not only spotless but also very spacious, with modern amenities that made my stay incredibly comfortable. The bed was comfortable, and the room was equipped with everything I needed, from a large flat-screen TV to a well-maintained bathroom. What truly sets this hotel apart, however, is the exceptional service. Every staff member I encountered, from the front desk to housekeeping, was friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure I had a great experience. They were always available to help with any requests or questions, and their professionalism really made a difference in my stay. The hotel also offers great facilities, including a delicious breakfast with a variety of options. The atmosphere is peaceful and relaxing, making it a perfect place to unwind after a busy day. Had a pleasant stay. Walking distance to the nearby bus stand and the Surat Junction (ST) railway station. Surat has a very advanced city bus system, including BRT lanes, which I couldn't find in the cities I have visited until now, such as Kochi. Easy to go anywhere in Surat from this hotel.

I was stay here many times it's a too much good experience to stay here.i really like rooms, service, and staff behavior i recommend to all please stay here it's budget friendly and feel like luxuries.

I don't use the word hate easily but surat , it's people and it's service makes me say it easily. I called at HOTEL MAHARAJA he offered me ac delux room for 2 people for 1200, I asked for lift facility which wasn't available there so he referred me to HOTEL AARAM and gave me another contact. I called him and confirmed the price and life requirement. He confirmed my stay. I reached hotel aaram and asked him to come out to take luggage and he says I had to come to HOTEL REST INN. Helplessly I went there. The manager there asked me to sign on a register where somebody else's details were written. I had to ask him to fill in my correct details. While checking out another manager was sitting there I asked him to give me the bill and he charged me 2067. I told him this wasn't the price that I was told,so he said that call the person who fixed the price with you. I called him and he said I asked you to go to HOTEL AARAM. I called the guy who asked me to come to HOTEL REST INN and he never answered the call. So it's not just one hotel or one person but a chain of people and hotels looting people like this. So all I can say is, Be cautious when in surat.

The service we had was amazing. The staff is polite. The food is tasty. Good stay overall. The place is 7 minutes from the railway station which is convenient. Just a lil bit congested and had no view that's all.

It was a mesmerizing experience being here in hotel rest in. Everyone must visit this hotel once they come to Surat. Even for the business purpose this hotel is suitable and convenient for all the business officials.

I recently stay this hotel continue 25 days,owner abbas bhai & manjur bhai very rude talk to customer even 350/- per day charge to ac dormitory but ac is not open in afternoon 2pm,if customer call to dial no 9 or tell to open ac so he is not open sametime,also ac dormitory bathroom is not neat & clean,if customer gave wash cloth for laundry so 2 pcs clothes charge is 70/- & also GST charge 18 percent everytime means customer paid total 81/- & also not gave shampoo pouch or small mini soap, i m stay 26 days in this hotel I don't like this hotel management so plz be careful if any body came this hotel
