They take extra money on GST, water bill is 20 with GST but they take 30, room rent is 1600 with GST but they charge extra 18% service. Truly dokeeat hotal, totally fraud.

Very Bad rooms and worst place, there are cockroaches in the room and the rooms are so tiny that not more than one person can stay in the room of 2, there is not enough space to even open the suitcase in the room and the beds, linens and pillow quality is the worst, do not recommend anyone to stay here

It is a perfect hotel for businessmen and family also safe hotel in Surat Rooms are clean and located at heart of city near to taxtile marketplace very affordable rates rates are beteeen 1000 to 2000

Great value for money The receptionist wasn't very welcoming but the rest of the staff was great. The rooms were clean but there was no hot water in the shower. Everything else was fine.
