I had a great experience at Hotel Regency. The staff was very polite and provided excellent service. Special thanks to receptionist Anmol Pandey and Nitesh Bhai, who were both kind and professional. They made sure everything was smooth during my stay. I also forgot my charger, and Anmol Bhai was kind enough to lend me one, which was really helpful. Overall, a great experience with friendly staff and good service!

Very worst hotel.I have booked room for 3days through goibigo App. Cost was around 4200. Room picture was really good in app. But in real case, its complete opposite. They have provided very small room. Not very clean. Especially they didn't cleaned the bathroom for our 3 days stay even after we informed also. And not even collecting the daily garbage. That's really bad and we were so frustrated. Everywhere bathroom smelling and water leakage is there. I booked the hotel based on positive reviews. Now I feel those review comment are put by them or paid comments. Please avoid this hotel especially if you are going with family One major thing is they asked me 900 inr for 30 minutes late checkout.

One of the best place to stay in Surat. As a regular Business Traveller it's a must to get a nice stay. Regency does its best in accompanying and hospitality. The staff is good. Rooms are near and clean. Best conditioned bathrooms.

The stay was good. the only thing is they do not have kitchen or a restaurant, but they help in getting food from other restaurants at the room for better convenience. Overall nice stay.
