Excellent location as it is very near to Surat station. Hotel is very basic and maintenance could have been better.

It's a good option in budget range. Close to station. Attentive and helpful staff. Washrooms and room amenities were fully functional. Cleaning in washroom needs to be improved. Kindly note Pan Card is not accepted here as an id card and you will have to show icard for all people staying at hotel. In house restaurant is not available.

Good hotel to stay at Surat. Walkable distance from Railway station. Rooms are good and well maintained also. But not expect a smile from the reception people. Complimentary breakfast is there but on limited - Iddily or Vada is available.

Nice hotel exactly opposite Surat railway station. The rooms are clean and neat and considerably large enough to accommodate a family of 3. Bathroom are clean too. Just be careful that you get a ventilated bathroom because some rooms don't have ventilated bathrooms. Room service and staff is good and courteous. Good for one or two nights. Cons:- parking is very less.

I stayed at the Hotel with my family (5 persons) for 10 days . The Staff are very helpful and courteous , especially Mr.Bipin was a fantastic Host !!||Rooms are air conditioned , clean and well maintained . Room service is very prompt . Breakfast was included in our room price and it was always served hot and delicious and a new item was served every morning . The room service menu is very elaborate and reasonably priced . We ordered few items and they were really good for the price.||The location is very convenient, walking distance from the railway station . Outside the Hotel rickshaws are available in plenty and anytime so it was very convenient for us .||The only drawback was the noise of the passing trains . But i guess this becomes a very small drawback as compared to the other good aspects of the hotel.||Whenever i travel again to Surat , for sure i will stay at this hotel again.||Special Thanks to Mr.Bipin and his team for making our stay so comfortable and hastle free.

Located within 500 meters from Surat Railway Station platform 1, decent hotel for 1 or 2 nights. Rooms are well maintained but toilet is too small and has no ventilation.|Location wise worth stay. No restaurant available but provide breakfast at room

Stayed here on 4th (checkin)& 5th feb(check out).Location of the hotel is terrible...Bang opposite railway station, can't sleep full night because of train horns. Management knows this and should responsibly install sound proof glasses , & alteast provide some relief to customers. Room cleanliness quality is average.We were given torn towels and later changed on request. Toilet quality is quiet poor...don't ever stay in this hotel

Best affordable hotel in reasonable price. I am happy with staff & Room quality.
