The way of talking was worse I was booking the room online through application. The manager sitting at the reception he was very rude while talking. He told me not to book online because the service we will not provide you. Even he told me to give some cash so that he can give me a good discount

The room was smartly designed. Besides the expected furniture, there was a very comfortable rocking chair in the room along with a separate coffee table with 2 chairs The AC functioned very well in maintaining the desired temperature and there was also a ceiling fan in the room. Clean spacious bathroom with all amenities including dental kit, shaving kit, shower cap, etc Tea and coffee facilities provided in room 2 large bottles of water were provided as part of the room amenities The bed was very comfortable. Plug socket available was international type multi-socket. Wifi info was sent by sms on mobile and the wifi functioned quite well. The staff were extremely courteous and helpful Breakfast selection was good. Note that the restaurant a vegetarian restaurant with Jain food options available. We had dinner included in the rate, so we could chose any and every item in the menu to eat at no additional charge. The hotel is very conveniently located close to Surat Railway station, although we had to board our train from Udhna due to ongoing renovations at Surat station.

Okies hotel for the price range. Room that I got was very basic. Better room options are available in the market at the same or lesser prices. Excellent food, no doubt about that. Services and Staff are really good. The biggest concern was that I had to waste 2 buckets of water to get warm water. It is still not hot. 2 buckets is equal to more or less 50 Ltrs of water. We are living in 2025 now and not opting for the latest technology is concerned. Required to take immediate action on water wastage being in the hospitality business that contributes so much to nature in a good and bad way.

One of the best hotel in Surat... Professional and polite staff.. Lots of food & snacks options (only vegetarian) available.. Each and every Food and snack taste is outstanding.. I would love to visit again and again. Value for money.

Rooms are ok however location is quite near to station. They have veg restaurants which provide very tasty & hygienic food. Service is also quiet good..
