Hotel Midtown

Rooms are mediocre. Negative vibes in this hotel. Something bad happened while I was staying here. I felt negativity in this property. There was a lizard in our bathroom. I've attached a photo of it. After the lizard went out of the bathroom from the window, I closed the window after which there was still a gap for lizard to enter. They should've closed window before we checked in. There was leakage in the tap in washroom. Telephone in our room was not working so we couldn't connect with reception for room service. When we reached the hotel, there was nobody to carry our luggage. We waited and then the watchman called two boys to pick up our bags. Hygienic lobby. Clean place overall. Antique show pieces are kept. Traditional furniture. Good stay option of you have a small budget. I will never go here again.

It comes opposite to Surat Railway Station. Food here is very tasty only if you taste North Indian dashes. Cost is a bit more than economic. But quality and quantity wise acceptable. Okay to have feel good taste in Surat.

One of the best hotels I have ever visited, services, behaviour of the waiters and cleanliness at the hotel have really won my favour and heart , I think, it is one of the most comfortable and pleasant places to stay in. Superb and mind blowing facilities are available there.

I had visited Surat with one of my friend for some work and had a stay in Hotel Midtown,Surat. Its walkable from Surat Railway station. Staff is very prompt and service is good. Manager there helped with with some local information. They have restaurant also and taste is good. Punjabi,South Indian is served.

A nice hotel for stay. The road side view from the room was fascinating. Room was good for the stay. But the service were very poor. Didn't get a bed exchange as the bed was dirty. Finally we told to vacate the room and so they gave a new room. It was pretty good.

As the name suggest this hotel is located exactly in the middle of the town, in front of the railway station. Room quality is very good, and very well maintained. Staff of this hotels are professional and very cooperative. Must recommend hotel for the business travel. It provides in room dinning. Hospitality of this hotel is also excellent.

One of the best restaurants near surat railway station. It is not heavy on pockets, have good variety of items and also have air conditioned space. I particularly like their paneer chilly. You can even try their masala soda after a tummy packed dinner.

No cleanliness, dirty blanket, dirty sofa, higher cost, no boiler, asking too many questions on martial status...ac, fan, light works.Keep this hotel as your last option.
