Hotel Kings Heritage

It was wonderful experience staying at Hotel Kings Heritage. Ms Nidhi was very helpful and polite. Our request for late check out was handled very gently. All the staff behaved very decently & helpful during our stay. Location is very close to the railway station. Breakfast was decent. We did not faced any kind of issues. I strongly recommend this place if you are looking for place for a family during your Surat visit.

We had booked a Deluxe room with the Hotel King's Heritage and the room given to us was exactly as it looked like in the photos. The reception was clean and aromatic and so it felt highly welcoming. The room was clean and sanitized. Fresh toiletries and soaps were placed in the bathroom. The room really felt luxurious and spacious enough for the 2 of us. The bell boy mentioned that they had installed a new Shower unit and it indeed felt like a great luxurious bathing experience too. Complimentary breakfast had good variety and was being served hot. The restaurant as well as entire hotel staff was very humble and courteous. We were delighted to have found such a good hotel for our stay here just 1 day in advance even though it was Christmas-New Year vacation time.

Hotel with good quality rooms situated within 5 minutes walking distance from Surat railway station. The situation and rooms both are very good and at a good price which is value for money. We had breakfast package and mind it the food was so very good and tasty. Even rooms and staff services are good.

This is very near to surat railway station quire comfortable and luxury. Good for office trip. I could enjoy gujrati food near hotel bit was locha.

Good for business purpose. Textile market area is easily connected. Staff is also good

Very Much Convenience, Near to Railway Station, Near to Diamond Market, Very Authentic staff, Clean and very good, I always use this hotel.

On the first day itself they gave us watermelons for breakfast which were rotten, we told them that they were not good still they didn't remove it and other customers had to eat that too. The tv in the room is not working most of the channels are not good called the reception to get it right since 2 days they're all saying that they have to recharge it but nobody is doing needful. We got tea that were not freshly boiled. Although we gave us the room key to clean, they cleaned like they didn't want to. Normally we are 2 persons in one room that too 2 single beds logically they should know there are 2 different persons still they gave only one shower towel, one cup and many other stuffs also. I would definitely not recommend.

Airtel users please avoid using this hotel, no network coverage inside rooms. Wi-Fi slow keeps disconnecting, hotel management need to fix. Overall cleanliness okay. Restaurant menu very limited.- no sweet available. Breakfast buffet items repeated daily.
