Hotel Decent

That's ammaaazing! I wasn't sure about the place earlier. As it is on the second floor, I felt not to go with, but the staff is very helpful, they even response at 12 o'clock, which act in at 1:00 a.m. hassle-free even when we booked hotel walk-in. As we where male and female for a business trip, they prohibited us from visiting each other's room, which was ok for us. They provide complimentary breakfast with tea. The cleanliness was decent (please keep cleaning floor, there're not very clean). Must visit hotel in budget.

It is a very beautiful hotel. Although from outside it looks like an old small building, when you enter the room, it is just awesome. The room and toilet are clean and very nice. It is near to all tourist spots and station. With this range of rent, it is one of the best hotels in Surat

The service was good and caring. The room was spacious and comfortable. Room looked as if new and well neat and clean. The interior looked very good. Staffs were very friendly. Location is good as just near the railway station. Breakfast also tasted good. A very nice stay.

Hotel was nice, staff was coperative, building is old but the rooms are newly built . We left a water hot & cold bottle and the manager was quick to call us. Very much satisfied.

I absolutely love the preparations made here. The staff is very polite and it is a pleasure coming here. The food items are inexpensive here. I much like the Paneer Tikka Masala preparation here. Lasso is also famous of this place.

We stayed here for 3 days. It was our business trip and we were really satisfied with all facilities provided to us in our package. Rooms were having all the facilities and had very good and timely room service provided. Rooms were quite neat and clean. It was our nice and DECENT stay here :)

We stayed in a deluxe room which had two double bed so easily accommodated two adults and two children. The quality of some of the finishings are starting to show their age, for example if you use the shower water leaks onto the floor and wear and tear is becoming visible on the balcony. Didn't have their breakfast as it was way cheaper to buy it at the Wimpy restaurant that was a 2 minute drive away. Otherwise it's a decent hotel in a quiet location.

If we live there for more than 24 hrs they will not change towel , don't provide soap till the time we will ask them. Don't clean room .I lived 1 week in hotel 2 different room never found room cleaned . I changed the room after few days.
