Hotel Alfa

I have already stayed here 2-3 times. Location wise it is walkable from Surat railway station. Budget hotel and everything is good as per the price. For me the only inconvenience is, they don't offer 24 hours check out.

No Privacy can shoot you from camera if you take bath or sleep. Worst hotel.. they offered room with big window on bed opening towards lobby side. So, it has no privacy and they can shoot anything from their camera. After long argument they hid it through cardboard and bathroom also had big window where everything can be visible from outside. So, ladies never ever choose this hotel if you are travelling alone, with family or as a couple. Rooms are extremely dirty, pathetic bathroom.. from each and everything you will have yuck feeling

Food is also very good and humble staff ! Recommend to book the hotel... Happy Stay !

I stayed at your hotel recently and wanted to provide some feedback on my experience. Unfortunately, I was not satisfied with the room I was assigned. The cleanliness was subpar Additionally, the noise level from your Renovation was disruptive and affected my sleep quality. Overall, I was disappointed with the room and feel it did not meet the standard I expected. I hope you can address these issues to improve the experience for future guests.

We book the room twin sharing with 2 different beds. But they don't give the because they have policy to give the room only couple.. We there for shoping with our cousins.. They don't give room. If you are not couple. They offer you stay take seprate room with paying extra.. In online they sold out but ofline they ready to give 2 rooms.. We reached at night. We booked the room before. But they don't give the room. Good policy

The rooms were cleaned properly and the staff was good. The breakfast was amazing and had a variety on the menu, if you are staying there you must try their khaman during breakfast.

Very good service and a good breakfast. Best hotel in this price range.

This is a great hotel right across from the Munich Hauptbahnhof. We have been staying here since 1993 and the family run hotel is clean, convenient and affordable. Anton and his crew do a wonderful job.
