The rooms were clean and the staff were also good. No complaints about the rooms. Just that the atmosphere or the surroundings this hotel is at is just disgusting. You've gotta cross nightmares to get into the hotel. Lift service is provided, the hotel is in 3rd floor. Its best for solo travellers or just Male travellers. I would definitely not recommend it to family.

It's good but local not allowed

Its very conveniently located - within walking distance from surat railway station - but i certainly expected better hygiene and discipline - the building looks dilapidated - they dont serve food - but tea and coffee are available - the rooms are reasonably priced - we paid INR 1589 for one night for three adults for a deluxe ac room - online payment option is available at the hotel but the manager was reluctant to let us use it. Rating 3/5.

A good hotel in a very nice location, recommended to every one. The rooms are spacious and service and behavior of the staff is good. They have very economical prices, A budget stay. Connectivity from the hotel to other city area is also very good.||I would say i enjoyed staying there.

This is a budget hotel. The stay was pleasant. Very near to Railway station and hence the location is great. Neatness of the room was average. There was a little stinky smell in the room. Best for solo travellers. Rates are cheap and best.

Neat and clean rooms helpful staffs,after a hectic day what a guest expect's is a clean room to stay and hygienic washroom both are well maintained at this property,get down from the Hotel you will be able to find all the veg and non veg restaurants,this place is very near to the railway station (opposite)only thing to improve is the entrance
